If your car has accumulated points at Shadyhill or any local racetrack, it is not permitted.
All cars must pass tech before being on the race track.
Race will be lined up 4 wide. Gran Prix style start.
Drivers will stay in their position until the race has been started.
The yellow flag will not be used.
The red flag will be displayed if there is a fire or track hazard. All cars must stop immediately. No pit crews allowed on the track at any time.
The race will restart with the cars in their same position and a three second count down from the announcer and spectators.
Unless a hazard exists, the driver must not exit the car on the racing surface or infield.
Cars will be allowed to enter the pits and make repairs on the hot grid. No refueling will be permitted. Re-entry to the racetrack will be allowed by a track official ONLY.
No suggestive language or anything in bad taste can appear on the car.
Cars must have visible minimal 5" X 18" numbers.
No communications, two way or cell phones to be used by driver or crew.
Drivers provide their own transponder.
All 4-cylinder front wheel drive cars, FWD mini vans, and crossover are allowed. No convertibles, super-charged or AWD vehicles are allowed.
Stock body/suspension. Cars must remain stock.
Camber will be measured with a T-square. 1 degree camber on right front, all other wheels 0 camber.
Stock engine and transmission for that car with no alterations.
No antifreeze.
Radial tires only. Wheel sizes 13" - 16". Must remain stock.
You can relocate the battery, but it must be securely fastened and cover
All glass (except windshield) and trim, headlights, tail lights, outside mirrors and sunroofs, must be removed. Sunroof opening must be covered. One mirror allowed, rear view or 4" round mirror.
Interior must be completely removed except the dash and front seat. All upholstery and airbags must be removed. Holes in firewall and floorboard must be covered.
Racing harness required. Racing seat is highly recommended.
All doors must remain shut. If any door comes open, the driver will be disqualifed.
Full racing helmet is required.
Fire suit & neck brace are recommended.
Gloves are required.
Window nets are required. Latch or push-button release.
Roll cage is recommended with a minimal 1-1/2" tubing. Cage must be welded or bolted in. If you do not have a cage, you must have a steel plate welded or bolted to the driver's door. Door plate cannot exceed the driver's door by more than 6".
No gas lines in the driver's compartment. Gas tanks located in front of or above the rear axle are approved. All others must be replaced with a fuel cell (maximum 12 gallons). Fuel cell to be secured in front of the trunk. A complete firewall must seal the trunk area.
